# Zubora vs Custom Keyboard

The clearest difference is update cadence: Custom Keyboard at weekly against Zubora's fortnightly. Zubora's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zubora sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Custom Keyboard sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Zubora ships an update fortnightly, Custom Keyboard weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
