# Fasting Tracker vs Omady

The clearest difference is update cadence: Omady at every 2 days against Fasting Tracker's weekly. Omady also leads on ratings volume (33 vs 5). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasting Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Omady sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Fasting Tracker against 4.9 for Omady. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Omady has 33 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Fasting Tracker ships an update weekly, Omady every 2 days. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
