# Prism vs Spood

The clearest difference is update cadence: Prism at every 10 days against Spood's every 3 weeks. Prism also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prism sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Spood sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prism ships an update every 10 days, Spood every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
