# T vs Strontr

The clearest difference is update cadence: Strontr at every 3 days against T's every 3 weeks. T's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. T sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Strontr sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

T ships an update every 3 weeks, Strontr every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
