# Stash vs TFAuth

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: TFAuth at 17.6 against Stash's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stash sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and TFAuth sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stash ships an update every 3 days, TFAuth every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
