# Thryve vs AI Flashcards & Notes

The clearest difference is ads: AI Flashcards & Notes at none against Thryve's shown. Thryve's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (29 vs 3). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Thryve sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and AI Flashcards & Notes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Thryve against 4.3 for AI Flashcards & Notes. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Thryve has 29 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Thryve ships an update every 3 days, AI Flashcards & Notes fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
