# Cubby Calendar vs NextHoli

The clearest difference is update cadence: NextHoli at every 5 days against Cubby Calendar's monthly. Cubby Calendar's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cubby Calendar sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and NextHoli sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cubby Calendar ships an update monthly, NextHoli every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
