# FirstSeed Notes vs POUCHES

The clearest difference is update cadence: POUCHES at every 4 days against FirstSeed Notes's every 2 weeks. POUCHES also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FirstSeed Notes sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and POUCHES sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FirstSeed Notes ships an update every 2 weeks, POUCHES every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
