# FirstSeed Notes vs PushOS

The clearest difference is update cadence: PushOS at every 5 days against FirstSeed Notes's every 2 weeks. PushOS also leads on iOS requirement (18.2 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FirstSeed Notes sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and PushOS sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FirstSeed Notes ships an update every 2 weeks, PushOS every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
