# Ticked vs Grid

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Grid at 17.0 against Ticked's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ticked sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Grid sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ticked ships an update every 3 weeks, Grid every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
