# OneTask ADHD Focus Timer vs PROG

The clearest difference is update cadence: PROG at every 3 days against OneTask ADHD Focus Timer's weekly. PROG also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OneTask ADHD Focus Timer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PROG sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OneTask ADHD Focus Timer ships an update weekly, PROG every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
