# Tapetchi vs Mochi Crew

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mochi Crew at every 6 weeks against Tapetchi's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tapetchi sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Mochi Crew sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tapetchi ships an update every 5 months, Mochi Crew every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
