# Arc vs Scroll

The clearest difference is device support: Scroll at 3 against Arc's 1. Scroll also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arc sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Scroll sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
