# OnlyWidget vs ro

The clearest difference is price: ro at Free against OnlyWidget's $0.99. ro also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.0). OnlyWidget's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.2) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

ro is free to download; OnlyWidget costs $0.99 up front. ro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. OnlyWidget asks for nothing beyond the download.

OnlyWidget holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ro has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

OnlyWidget ships an update fortnightly, ro every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
