# Focus vs Redd

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Redd at 13.0 against Focus's 17.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Redd sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus ships an update fortnightly, Redd weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
