# Hovership vs Hand

The clearest difference is rating: Hand at 5.0 against Hovership's 4.0. Hovership's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hand holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hovership has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Hovership ships an update every 6 days, Hand every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
