# MePlus vs K

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: MePlus at none against K's 2. MePlus also leads on ads (none vs shown). K's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. K sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. MePlus asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for MePlus against 5.0 for K. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: K has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MePlus ships an update every 9 months, K every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
