# My Archive vs BriefMaster

The clearest difference is ads: My Archive at none against BriefMaster's shown. BriefMaster's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Archive sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and BriefMaster sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Archive ships an update every 2 months, BriefMaster fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
