# Tote vs Until

The clearest difference is update cadence: Until at daily against Tote's every 3 days. Until also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tote sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per year and Until sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tote ships an update every 3 days, Until daily. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
