# VVTerm vs SSHHIP

VVTerm and SSHHIP are too close to call on the numbers: across 11 compared parameters — price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. VVTerm sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.49 per month and SSHHIP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for VVTerm against 4.9 for SSHHIP. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 16 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

VVTerm ships an update every 6 days, SSHHIP every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
