# Shorty vs Untethered

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Untethered at none against Shorty's 3. Untethered also leads on ads (none vs shown). Shorty's advantage is device support (4 vs 1). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shorty sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Untethered asks for nothing beyond the download.
