# MailToFuture vs BlackBox Vault

The clearest difference is update cadence: MailToFuture at every 2 days against BlackBox Vault's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MailToFuture sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and BlackBox Vault sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MailToFuture ships an update every 2 days, BlackBox Vault every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
