# Supplemental vs Pill Reminder

The clearest difference is ads: Pill Reminder at none against Supplemental's shown. Supplemental's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Supplemental sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Pill Reminder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
