# Captifly vs Flowvault

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Captifly at none against Flowvault's 4. Flowvault's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flowvault sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Captifly asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Captifly against 5.0 for Flowvault. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flowvault has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Captifly ships an update every 3 weeks, Flowvault daily. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
