# Allura vs PanelPulse

The clearest difference is rating: PanelPulse at 4.4 against Allura's 3.9. PanelPulse also leads on ratings volume (105 vs 16) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Allura's advantage is chart position (#185 vs unranked). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Allura sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and PanelPulse sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PanelPulse holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PanelPulse has 105 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of Allura's written reviews are positive against 93% of PanelPulse's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
