Timebly vs CA3

Most reminder apps wait. This one follows through. Timebly is a conversational AI assistant for your schedule and your plans. Tell it what you need in plain language — no menus, no forms — and it handles the rest. RULES, NOT JUST REMINDERS A reminder waits for a time. Timebly watches for a situation, and then acts on it. - "Check the weather 10 minutes before my guitar lesson" - "Warn me about traffic before my 9am" - "If the weather turns, move my run to the evening" - "Ask me at 5 how my exam went" You set it once. Timebly checks, tells you what it found, and can update the event itself. REAL ALARMS THAT ACTUALLY RING Timebly sets true alarms on your phone — not notifications you can sleep through. And they think ahead: if the weather has turned or your route is bad, it says so before you're late. PLANS WITH FRIENDS, WITHOUT THE GROUP CHAT Invite friends to an event straight from the chat. Timebly confirms the details, sends the invite, and tells you the moment it's accepted. Shared plans stay in sync without extra apps or chasing. REMINDERS, YOUR WAY Describe what you need and Timebly works out the dates, times and repetition, then confirms exactly what it set up. One-off or recurring. SMART SCHEDULING Lessons, appointments and events, all tracked. Ask when your next one is and get an instant answer. Set up a weekly lesson with a single message. LONG-TERM MEMORY Timebly remembers what you've told it — your preferences, the details that matter — so it gets more useful the longer you use it, and you never repeat yourself. IT CHECKS IN ON YOU Ask it to come back to you later and it will. Almost nothing else on your phone starts the conversation. VISUAL CALENDAR Every reminder and event at a glance in a clean, colour-coded view. CHOOSE HOW IT TALKS Switch personas to change its personality — warm and casual, or sharp and to the point. FREE TO START No account, no card, nothing to cancel. Premium unlocks unlimited rules, unlimited memory and unlimited messages. No streaks. No guilt. No nagging when you fall behind. CA3 is your personal AI memory workspace on iPhone. Use the app to read, search, and manage the notes stored in your CA3 workspace. Notes can include Markdown content, source metadata, publishing state, revision history, and attachments. CA3 also includes iOS integrations for capturing useful context while you work: - Save text, links, screenshots, or a photo from other apps with the CA3 Share Extension. - Extract text from a shared image on device and keep it with the image in one searchable note. - Clip Safari pages with the bundled Safari extension. - Preview extracted page content before saving. - Save source URL, title, site metadata, Markdown body, and selected page images. - Open and review saved notes in the CA3 app. - Sign in with CA3 OAuth using scoped access. CA3 is designed for user-owned memory. It does not automatically read browsing content or photos in the background. Safari page content is accessed only when you open the extension or use one of its clipping actions, and shared content is processed only when you invoke the share sheet. Text recognition for a shared image runs on device; the image and resulting note are uploaded to your CA3 workspace only after you tap Save.
