# BetterSelf+ vs Winter Arc

The clearest difference is update cadence: Winter Arc at every 4 days against BetterSelf+'s every 3 weeks. On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BetterSelf+ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Winter Arc sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BetterSelf+ ships an update every 3 weeks, Winter Arc every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
