# Focus Lock vs Fuuuga

The clearest difference is ads: Focus Lock at none against Fuuuga's shown. Fuuuga's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Lock sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Fuuuga sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Lock ships an update every 9 days, Fuuuga every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
