# MindNote vs Finally

The clearest difference is ads: Finally at none against MindNote's shown. Finally also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 weeks). MindNote's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Finally sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindNote ships an update every 4 weeks, Finally every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
