# MyCut vs PrimAppy

The clearest difference is ads: MyCut at none against PrimAppy's shown. PrimAppy's advantage is update cadence (daily vs weekly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyCut sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and PrimAppy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MyCut ships an update weekly, PrimAppy daily. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
