# Ifnool vs Hadal

The clearest difference is update cadence: Hadal at fortnightly against Ifnool's every 5 months. Hadal also leads on ratings volume (27 vs 3). Ifnool's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ifnool sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and Hadal sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ifnool holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hadal has 27 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ifnool ships an update every 5 months, Hadal fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
