# Focus Loop vs Flow

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus Loop at fortnightly against Flow's every 5 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Loop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Flow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Loop ships an update fortnightly, Flow every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
