# Focus Loop vs TimeBarX

The clearest difference is update cadence: TimeBarX at every 3 days against Focus Loop's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Loop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and TimeBarX sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Loop ships an update fortnightly, TimeBarX every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
