# Streama vs MAX IPTV

The clearest difference is update cadence: Streama at every 5 days against MAX IPTV's every 2 months. Streama also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Streama sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and MAX IPTV sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Streama ships an update every 5 days, MAX IPTV every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
