# VinoPrep vs Vignopedia

The clearest difference is update cadence: Vignopedia at every 3 weeks against VinoPrep's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VinoPrep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Vignopedia sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VinoPrep ships an update every 3 months, Vignopedia every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
