# InstantPrint Layout vs Button Badge Maker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Button Badge Maker at every 5 days against InstantPrint Layout's every 3 weeks. InstantPrint Layout's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InstantPrint Layout sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Button Badge Maker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
