# DecisionLog vs Afterwise

The clearest difference is ads: Afterwise at none against DecisionLog's shown. DecisionLog's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 days). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DecisionLog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Afterwise sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DecisionLog ships an update every 2 days, Afterwise every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
