# Repvex vs IronZenkai

The clearest difference is update cadence: IronZenkai at every 5 days against Repvex's every 2 weeks. IronZenkai also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Repvex's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Repvex sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and IronZenkai sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Repvex against 5.0 for IronZenkai. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Repvex has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Repvex ships an update every 2 weeks, IronZenkai every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
