# Stitch Loop vs Block Pals

The clearest difference is rating: Block Pals at 4.8 against Stitch Loop's 4.0. Block Pals also leads on ratings volume (200 vs 1). Stitch Loop's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 69%) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stitch Loop sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Block Pals sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Block Pals holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Block Pals has 200 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Stitch Loop's written reviews are positive against 69% of Block Pals's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stitch Loop ships an update every 3 days, Block Pals every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
