# Reindeer Days vs task

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: task at 18.6 against Reindeer Days's 26.2. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reindeer Days sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per year and task sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Reindeer Days ships an update fortnightly, task weekly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
