# Health.md vs Quick 1RM

The clearest difference is ads: Health.md at none against Quick 1RM's shown. Health.md also leads on device support (4 vs 1). Quick 1RM's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Health.md sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Quick 1RM sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Health.md ships an update every 5 days, Quick 1RM every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
