# PrimeNote vs Parley

The clearest difference is update cadence: Parley at every 2 days against PrimeNote's every 2 months. PrimeNote's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PrimeNote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Parley sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PrimeNote ships an update every 2 months, Parley every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
