# Kitty vs PurrGo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kitty at every 2 weeks against PurrGo's every 5 weeks. PurrGo's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kitty sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and PurrGo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kitty ships an update every 2 weeks, PurrGo every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
