# Merite vs School Supplied

The clearest difference is rating: School Supplied at 5.0 against Merite's 4.6. School Supplied also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 78%) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). Merite's advantage is ratings volume (35 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Merite sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and School Supplied sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
