# Explr vs TripTap

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: TripTap at 16.4 against Explr's 18.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Explr sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and TripTap sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
