# OpenGolfSim vs DrawMaster

The clearest difference is ratings volume: DrawMaster at 12 against OpenGolfSim's 1. OpenGolfSim's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OpenGolfSim sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and DrawMaster sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for OpenGolfSim against 5.0 for DrawMaster. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DrawMaster has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

OpenGolfSim ships an update monthly, DrawMaster every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
