# EPUB Reader vs leaf

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EPUB Reader at 91% against leaf's 33%. EPUB Reader also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (42 vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EPUB Reader sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and leaf sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
