# Redd vs SpeedyRead

The clearest difference is ads: Redd at none against SpeedyRead's shown. Redd also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Redd sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and SpeedyRead sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
