# Sota Connect vs VPSUS

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sota Connect at 97% against VPSUS's 57%. Sota Connect also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (2.7K vs 291). VPSUS's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sota Connect sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and VPSUS sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sota Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sota Connect has 2.7K ratings behind it against 291, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 97% of Sota Connect's written reviews are positive against 57% of VPSUS's.

Sota Connect ships an update fortnightly, VPSUS every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
