# Mita vs AniDrop

The clearest difference is update cadence: AniDrop at every 2 days against Mita's every 2 weeks. AniDrop also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mita sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and AniDrop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mita ships an update every 2 weeks, AniDrop every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
